In this role I prepared market and competitive research which resulted in our developers creating what I recommended - a SaaS product set to debut in March 2020. We created a style guide from scratch and rebranded the company after collecting test data from UX/UI panels. A website was built from scratch (bg.software) and analytics tools (screen recordings, heatmaps and Google UTM-coded landing pages) were created to measure performance. We created a social dashboard to automate evergreen posts across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram.
I hired two salespeople - one for inside and one for outside sales - and created our inbound sales processes, utilizing Salesforce to track leads and meetings. We create both analog and digital collateral to use in email campaigns, client pitches and presentations.

I created and managed our social media platforms and supervised a small team of student content creators. One major achievement was performing comprehensive analysis of all departmental marketing channels then submitting a solution-based report to the marketing department for the entire university.

We pioneered the concept of insertion of local ad content in podcasts and was one of the industry leaders in this practice. One of our biggest successes was developing a weekly podcast with then-San Francisco mayor (and now candidate for governor) Gavin Newsom. As program manager of News/Talk KNEW and KKGN radio stations and their websites, I supervised a team of 12 journalists and traffic reporters. I researched and wrote promotional and commercial copy and wrote the scripts as host of a drive-time news magazine program.
